Would you like to get married and then head off right away on your honeymoon? Or would you like to be married in Sweden and then have a ceremony abroad with your loved ones? At Göteborg Landvetter Airport, you can get married or renew your vows in the airport VIP lounge.
VIP lounge wedding
Wedding package:
Price: SEK 5 900
- One hour in a private VIP room for the couple and up to eight guests, including a VIP host.
- You and your guests get access to VIP service's private security control by the VIP entrence.
- A bottle of champagne or a non-alcoholic option.
- Check-in for the bridal couple and any children.
Add-ons
- Check-in for travel companions: SEK 400 per person.
- Food and beverages.
Please note that the wedding service is not available during the summer weeks 27-31.
Responsibilities of the bridal couple
This need to be done:
- Book a wedding officiant. This needs to be done before your wedding booking is completed.
- Contact the authorities regarding consideration of impediments to marriage, a wedding certificate and any possible name change.
- Contact with your airline/travel agency regarding the rules surrounding a possible name change.
- Have all neccessary travel documents ready.
- Bring a valid passport or id-card, depending on what is required for your destination.
- Inform VIP service about any additional orders 5 days in advance at the latest.
Book a wedding officiant
You need to book a wedding officiant before your wedding booking is completed. We recommend that you check if there is an available VIP room before you book the officiant. After you've booked your officiant, please inform VIP service. You will be contacted you VIP service to make sure all the information is correct.
