Calculation of recommended time
Our tool gives you a customised recommendation based on when your flight departs. Please note that the time indicated in the tool is an estimate based on your flight's schedualed departure time.
We have calculated the time based on a number of factors:
1. When your check-in opens
Your recommended time is primarily determined solely by when check-in opens. You will never get a recommended time that is before your check-in has opened.
2. If you're flying to a country that require passport control
3. At what time during the day your flight is

Please note that flights that depart within one hour of your search are not shown in the tool. You will find these flights under Departures or in Swedavia's app, which you can subscribe to and get updates for your flight from.
You cannot search for a flight that departs more than 30 days in advance.
