Handling of lost property
Property that has been lost and found at the airport is handled by Smarte Carte. You can use Smarte Carte's online search service to search for the item you've lost. Found items are regularly posted.
Lost property onboard an aircraft
Smarte Carte also handles items lost onboard all aircrafts that use SAS Ground Handling (SGH) as their ground handling agent at Arlanda. They also handle items lost onboard the aircraft for some airlines that use Aviator as their ground handling agent. See ground handling agents for each airline here.

Lost and found department
You'll find Smarte Carte's lost and found department at Level 1 in Terminal 5. Follow the signs for Lost and found/Left luggage. A map and contact information for Smarte Carte can be found further down.
