Perfumes, home textiles, body and skin care. Luxury wellbeing brand Rituals has now joined the group of stores that will be opening their doors at Arlanda in the spring in the last section of the new Marketplace.

Rituals

Stockholm Arlanda Airport's Marketplace, the airport's largest ever commercial venture, is nearing completion in Terminal 5. Since opening in the autumn of 2023, more than 25 new restaurants, cafés and shops have opened their doors. On 12 February this year, the floor of the last section of the Marketplace (where Chimi, Sister P and & Other Stories have already opened) was demolished. On Friday 14 February, the Dutch beauty concept Rituals joined the Marketplace. The store will offer Arlanda travelers everything from scented candles, body care, perfumes and natural skin care products, to bedding, bathrobes, pillowcases and boxer shorts.

“We are very happy to welcome Rituals to Arlanda. It is very popular international concept that complements the Swedish and Scandinavian selection at the airport. Rituals has a well-documented track record operating at airports, and we believe that the new store has the potential to appeal to a many travelers, with a large selection of products for yourself or as a gift for a close friend," says Charlotte Ljunggren, Director of Marketing and Sales at Swedavia.

The establishment of the Rituals store at the Marketplace is the result of an extensive partnership between Swedavia and the leading global travel retail and F&B company Avolta, which operates the duty-free shops at Arlanda among other commercial ventures. Margareta Le Calvé, General Manager Nordics for Avolta, is honoured to have been entrusted with opening Rituals at Sweden's largest airport, Arlanda.

“Rituals is a widely recognized and respected brand in Sweden, and a long-time partner of Avolta. We believe that a Rituals store will further enhance the airport experience for our customers, making the perfect addition to Stockholm Arlanda Airport's new Marketplace, which is currently taking shape," says Margareta Le Calvé.
