Flight information

We reserve the right to make any changes. A change in departure time does not necessarily mean a change in check-in time. Check with your airline to see what applies for your flight. Arrival and departure times published in this mobile app are a compilation of information Swedavia receives from airlines and ground handling agents. Therefore Swedavia cannot be held liable either for the accuracy of the information or for ensuring that the information is up to date at all times. Swedavia is thus not liable for any consequences that may arise as a result of possible inaccuracies in the information published above.

Notifications

With your consent, we can send push notifications or important information to your mobile device. Swedavia can never guarantee that push notifications will arrive on your mobile device because we are dependent on Apple and Google to handle the push notifications. You can manage your push notification preferences or disable these messages at any time by turning off the notification settings in the device settings of your mobile device. If you choose not to receive push notifications, you will still receive important information in the app.

Location information

When you use the app and with your consent, we may collect and use your exact (or GPS) location information collected from the app to improve your use of the app by providing you with information and giving you the opportunity to participate in market research when you are you at one of our airports. Swedavia collects location data and use Bluetooth to enable context aware notifications when you are at the airport, even when the app is closed or not in use. Please note that shutting down location services may affect certain features of our app.

Bluetooth

Swedavia uses a beacons and Bluetooth to be able to determine your location. This is used in the app to be able to ensure that you are at the airport and that Swedavia can offer you to participate in surveys. You can manage or disable your Bluetooth preferences at any time by turning off the Bluetooth settings in the device settings of your mobile device.
