Logistics Park – part of Airport City Göteborg

A centre for the logistics of the future is taking shape right next to national road 40 and Göteborg Landvetter Airport. Modern, efficient logistics buildings are being developed here with potential to meet the logistics challenges of tomorrow.

When it comes to logistics, Gothenburg – with its central location between Oslo, Copenhagen and Stockholm – is number one in Scandinavia. It is not by chance that DB Schenker, Rajapack, Postnord TPL, Vätterleden Logistik, Dawa Däck and DHL Express have established logistics centres at Airport City Göteborg.

A centre for the logistics of the future

Logistics Park 2, Airport City Göteborg’s next logistics park, is planned to span 350,000 square metres of warehouse and logistics facilities. Ultra-modern logistics properties are being developed here, which are customised to meet customers’ needs. Work with the zoning plan is expected to be undergoing during 2023-2024. Preliminary expectations are that the first buildings in the area will be ready for occupancy in 2026.

Airport City Göteborg, which offers warehouse and logistics facilities, offices, hotels, retail premises and other workplaces, is being developed by Swedavia together with its partners immediately adjacent to Göteborg Landvetter Airport. Airport City Göteborg is being constructed in phases and is expected to be fully built in 2045.
