Business Park – part of Airport City Göteborg
Companies now have a unique opportunity to set up operations in ultra-modern premises with an excellent location – close to home, the rest of Sweden and the rest of the world. Beginning in 2021, development of a business park will begin next to Göteborg Landvetter Airport, right in the middle of the new Airport City.
The business park is situated next to national road 40 and the entrance to the airport, which makes it highly visible and easy to reach, providing an optimal location for companies that set up operations here.
Construction start in 2022
Both international businesses and national businesses have shown a great interest in establishing their operations in the area, and in 2022 development started for both Haulotte Scandinavia AB and Nordiska Galleriet AB. In 2023, Zeppelin Sverige AB plans to start the development of a Nordic headquarters as well as premises for storage, service and rental. The tempo is high and available spaces for development are already low.
Airport City Göteborg, which offers warehouse and logistics facilities, offices, hotels, retail premises and other workplaces, is being developed by Swedavia together with its partners immediately adjacent to Göteborg Landvetter Airport. Airport City Göteborg is being constructed in phases and is expected to be fully built in 2045.
