Non-compliance with legal requirements
- On some pages, there are "empty headings", i.e. heading tags without text content. This can cause problems navigating the page for people who use screen readers. [WCAG 2.1 (A)].
- On some pages, the machine-readable label does not match the visible label. This can create confusion for people who use assistive technology. Users who enter data may find it difficult to activate a control if the label displayed on the screen does not match its available name. [WCAG 2.1 (A)].
- Some built-in frames (iframes) lack textual content that summarises its content or purpose. This can create problems for screen reader users to understand how certain elements on the page are connected. [WCAG 2.1 (A)].
- Some uploaded documents do not meet the accessibility requirements. This can make it difficult for people who use assistive technology to read the text. [WCAG 2.1 (A & AA)].
- Some videos on the web do not have audio descriptions. This makes it difficult for people with visual impairments to access the content. [WCAG 2.1 (A)].
- Some pre-recorded videos don't have subtitles. This can create problems for people with hearing impairments to understand the content. [WCAG 2.1 (A)].
